POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Invoice entry and monitoring our purchase orders process
• Be the first point of call for all financial stakeholders include external subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and other members of staff
• Uphold a high level of accuracy throughout data entry tasks
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier documentation
• Assist with project costing, maintain an understanding of budgets and relevant break down of cost codes
• Accounts payable and receivable tasks as required
• Working closely with the Finance Manager
• Assist with other office related duties
