Looking for experienced Underground Comms Techs for a UG Hardrock Site in North Queensland, $75 - $82ph + Super. FIFO Brisbane or Townsville.
- Contract directly to the mining principal of a 10 + year mine life site in N.QLD
- 8:6 - 7:7 roster with FIFO options from Brisbane and Townsville

The role
Reporting into the shift supervisor on site, you’ll enjoy working within a team of experience UG mining trades professionals. You’re duties will see you in a role that will involve:
- Installing and maintenance of underground communications reticulation
- Equipment audits and statutory checks
- Sandvik AutoMine installs and network configurations
- Working UG for the shift in hot and humid conditions
Responsibilities:
Reporting into the shift supervisor on site, you’ll enjoy working within a team of experience UG mining trades professionals. You’re duties will see you in a role that will involve:
- Installing and maintenance of underground communications reticulation
- Equipment audits and statutory checks
- Sandvik AutoMine installs and network configurations
- Working UG for the shift in hot and humid condition
Great opportunity to secure a role on an 8:6/ 7:7 roster (days and nights) from Brisbane or Townsville or alternately DIDO form Mount Isa or Cloncurry.
- Days - Tuesday morning flight to site, return home around 5pm on Tuesday (FIFO in company time)
- Nights - Tuesday evening start, fly home Tuesday morning (FIFO in your own time)
- Charter flight from Townsville to Cloncurry
- Commercial flight from Brisbane to Cloncurry
- Bus in bus out from the airport to sit
