EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Previous experience within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
  • Experience in processing high volumes of data

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This admin role involves maintaining data, efficient processing of member request (insurance-underwriting related) from members within the timelines.
  • Providing exceptional service to our partners through completion of all work types in an administrative environment
  • Adherence to agreed service and quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with all legislative, financial and area specific procedures to minimise any risk to the business
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries
  • Investigation and ownership of complex queries
  • Actively contributing towards continuous process improvement
  • Demonstrating drive and motivation by keeping up-to-date of current industry related information and changes
