Responsibilities:
They are seeking an experienced Unified Communications Engineer (L3) to join their high-performing team in handling the development and support of unified communications within the division by investigating and diagnosing user incidents or faults within the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy unified communications solutions, including VoIP, video conferencing, instant messaging, and collaboration tools.
- Provide third-level support for UC systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Plan, deploy, and test system changes to meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their communication requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of UC configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Assist project and development teams with testing and troubleshooting.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate UC solutions with other IT systems and applications.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance existing solutions.
