Unified Endpoint Management – Solutions Architect

The Unified Endpoint Management team develops and operates global platforms of applications and services to manage corporate devices (endpoints).
You will be responsible for planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems, and related components.
Be responsible for the verification, planning and actioning of maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams.
Assists with defining and documenting technology platforms and dependencies for multiple environments (test/integration and production).
Understandand monitorimpacts to and dependencies between existing technical and network environments and continuously workon improving the operational stability.
Work on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topics.
Interact with an international product team, vendors and customers.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:

VMWare Workspace One (UEM andAccess)
Microsoft Intune
At least one OS /device platform (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux)
MS Technologies such as Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SCCM, GPO
Scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Apple technologies which includes Device enrollment process and App notarization
Exposure to troubleshooting infrastructure, network and integration issues
Experience with ITIL Processes
Experience with technical documentation and standard operating procedures
A university degree or diploma in a relevant field of study and a minimum of 5 years related experience.
Between 5 - 7 Year
