Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

As a Uniform Stores Colleague you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting colleagues with their uniform needs. Your primary duties will include assisting colleagues with inquiries, processing orders with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels and monthly budgets as well as ensuring the Stores is clean and well organised

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Greet colleagues as they enter the stores and assist in providing all PPE and Uniform
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding PPE/Uniform features, sizes and availability
  • Process order requests accurately and efficiently ensuring each are logged accordingly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, including restocking of shelves
  • Receive and unpack deliveries ensuring accurate inventory counts
  • Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining monthly budget costs
  • Uphold uniform policies and procedures relating to returns and exchanges
  • Stay informed of business developments relating to PPE and Uniform
  • Set up uniform accounts in accordance to data protection
  • Maintain accurate uniform record keeping in regards to new colleagues and leavers

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Strong communcation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work affectively in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with excel, outlook and teams
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to manouevre, lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs
