KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years’ supporting and assisting senior management level roles.
  • 7+ years’ relevant business administration experience or similar, with an emphasis on finance, quality and improvement.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in other software tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/administration qualification.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate the needs of the business/managers being supported.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Ability to operate independently, anticipate requirements and monitor workloads.
  • Advanced written communication and presentation skills.
