Description:

Production line maintenance management with people in charge, meeting quality, productivity, cost and moral objectives. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure compliance with corporate and government requirement, as well as what is established within the internal standards of the Saltillo Complex base on the management systems: Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental and Energy within its line in charge. In the same way, the position is responsible for the Administration of the personnel in charge. the shift by shift Communication of the conditions that affect production and the Administration, control and monitoring of the panels of the Shop Floor Management and Orange Room of the SPW System. It must provide follow-up and control of line stoppage and machine faults conditions. Work under pressure and focused on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly results. Availability to roll shifts. This is a supervisor position with union people management. This supervisor must work between 3 different shifts. Basic-intermediate knowledge about PLC, hardware, software and communication protocols. Basic knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, electricity, mechanic and control theory. Knowledge in maintenance theory and problem-solving tools.
