WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

As a Unit Supervisor you will proactively manage teams on site to deliver an efficient, high-quality service for Elior UK to our customer and clients, as well as be accountable for inducting, training, and supporting colleagues.
Taylor Shaw are looking to recruit a unit supervisor to manage our local community school.
This is a single intake primary school with growth potential.
You would be expected to cook a nutritionally balanced meal plan following Elior menus designed in conjunction with the school, using predominately fresh ingredients where possible.
You will have the support of a small team to assist with the preparation and delivery to the children.
In addition, your responsibility covers preparing specialized Medical diets for children where appropriate. Detailed specific menus are provided.
You will also be responsible for product ordering, maintenance of stock levels and being confident of working to agreed budget levels.
A full DBS check will be completed and full training for the right candidate will be given.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Motivating and managing a team
• Controlling and managing a budget
• Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  Working Pattern: Monday to Friday term time only - 7:30am - 1:30pm / 8am - 2pm
