As Unreal TD / Generalist you will be building and prototyping brand new concepts & tech, combined with creative problem solving that will define the industry.
As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be working closely with our development team in crafting immersive applications for iOS platforms across range of mediums including VR, AR, real-time animation and other emerging technologies! You’ll play a critical role in building the core functionalities and systems that power the VR/AR filmmaking experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in Unreal Engine or related role with a strong understanding of Blueprints.
  • Proven experience in developing high-performance and optimised applications for real-time rendering , especially for mobile devices.
  • Experience with networking, UI development, and gameplay mechanics in Unreal Engine.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities to thrive in a fast-paced and iterative development environment.

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Experience developing AR, VR applications.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience in working in Game Engines such as Unreal Engine
  • Experience working with DCC software like Maya, Blender etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with designers, artists, and other programmers to translate concepts and user needs into well-structured, efficient, and maintainable Unreal Engine blueprints.
  • Develop core features functionalities, user interaction systems, and content management features specifically tailored for VR/AR filmmaking within the Unreal Engine framework.
  • Optimization of assets for performance and ensure smooth operation on mobile devices.
  • Integrate and leverage Unreal Engine’s built-in features and tools (e.g., networking, UI framework) to enhance the app’s functionality.
  • Implement features and functionalities based on user feedback and testing results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Unreal Engine development.
  • Stay up to date on the latest advancements and best practices in Unreal Engine development, particularly with a focus on VR/AR development.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of internal tools and workflows for the development team.
