YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, marketing or related field.
  • Excellent analytic skills to understand markets, trends and customer needs in Process Automation´s businesses.
  • Experience in the development of new markets and/or new business fields.
  • Good technical understanding of Process Automation technical portfolio of products and services.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as marketing knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent understanding of customer challenges and problems of new potential clients.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and partners of all backgrounds and educational levels.
  • Be highly organized and keep client proposals and other tasks on track.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledage in automation and digital solution like PCS, MES, LIMS, Data analysis etc.
  • Background in pharma and Biotech industry, experience with GMP regulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the business of your cluster beyond the existing business, based on the requirements of the global Process Automation strategy , the derived cluster strategy and the customer and market needs.
  • Represent the entire Process Automation value proposition towards their customers and act as the first point of contact a new potential client will have with the company.
  • Plan and oversee new go-to-market initiatives , detect and contact potential customers and arrange business meetings in co-operation with the operational management
  • Identify new business areas , manage communication with new potential customer and partners, develop, coordinate and integrate them into our com-pany in close collaboration with the KAM and operational responsibles
  • Research prospective accounts in target markets.
  • Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
