Urgent hire: Interface Coordinator (E&M/ LTA Projects)

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Coordinate and supervise M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) works.
• Interface and coordinate with various system-wide and civil contractors regarding E&M matters.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the design team on installation and system requirements.
• Provide updates to the project management team on design installation, logistics, and daily progress.
• Attend E&M interface coordination meetings for CSD/CCSM (Central Subway District/Central Cross-Street Movement).
• Review system and architectural plan drawings.
• Lead and supervise an installation team for E&M services in a construction environment (on-site work).
• Review design deliverables alongside design consultants and engineers, ensuring compliance for submission.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, following tertiary education in a relevant field, in construction supervision of E&M building services works for projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature.
