Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • O’ Level / NITEC/ Diploma in Business Administration or related equivalent
  • At least 1-2 year experience related to Construction Industry would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administrative matters etc
  • Update and maintenance proper filing system (for finance or HR) to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
  • Ensure stationery and pantry supplies are adequately stocked by ordering when required.
  • Daily cash book management and monthly stock reconciliation
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
