Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Employee Communications professional to join our team. The People & Culture Communications Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication within Booksy across all of our markets.
This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective and practical communication plan to engage and inform employees, promote company culture, and facilitate internal collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Own, develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Own the communication plan across the business working with teams in the markets to execute against the plan.
- Create compelling and informative content for various internal communication channels working closely with the Marketing team as well as other key stakeholders.
- Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement in line with the overall communication plan.
- Craft clear and consistent messages to effectively convey key company initiatives, policies, and updates to employees using an up to date communication playbook.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to cascade important information and align messaging with company vision and values working either; proactively to ensure leaders are equipped with what they need to say, how they need to say it and when they need to say it along with working reactively to any urgent business change communication.
- Organize with other functions various platforms of communication like the Global All Hands Calls, various other business updates and in-person meetings and events (BAT offsites, Exec Team offsite and others)
- Scale out, in time, Booksy’s communications capabilities and resources to include Corp Comms, External Comms, CEO Thought Leadership and other connected programs
