Certification in Project Management., Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product design., We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Responsibilities:

THIS IS A VITAL ROLE WITH SIGNIFICANT GROWTH PROSPECTS. YOU WILL DRIVE THE SUCCESS OF COMPLEX, CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS WITHIN THE PEOPLE TECH DOMAIN. SOME OF THIS ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE BUT NOT LIMITED TO

  • Project planning, scoping, dependency alignment, and scheduling
  • Leads and brokers agreement on end-to-end, high-level system /solution design of medium/high-complexity systems through an understanding of end-to-end systems.
  • Coordinate project teams and stakeholders
  • Track project progress and performance
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
  • Guides and influences program participants/stakeholders to focus on decision points, options for end outcomes, and solutions that unblock/de-risk and keep programs on track.
  • Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Mentors team members
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00-$312,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
