Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager for the Seller Growth team on Marketplace. As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will play a key role both in shaping our team’s seller growth programs, as well as leading cross-functional teams to deliver key results and insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive marketplace seller growth via adoption of key initiatives and programs
  • Formulate strategies and action plans to optimize seller growth and increase seller adoption of ongoing initiatives
  • Utilize analytics tools and languages such as Python, Looker (LookML), and SQL to analyze data and generate meaningful insights
  • Act as the main point of contact for international sellers
  • Collaborate with China account leads to develop and implement effective seller growth strategies.
  • Work closely with the product and program teams to provide insights and recommendations on servicing different seller populations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to seller growth and marketplace dynamics.
