Description:
Tim Lally Chevrolet is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and customer focused person to find used vehicles to add to our quality Certified Pre-Owned and Used Inventory. The ideal candidate will have some experience in automobile retailing, wholesale background a plus. Equally important is experience in customer service and call center techniques. Networking and prospecting prowess a plus!

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous automotive sales or automotive wholesale experience a huge plus
- Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees
- Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
- Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
- Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming requests from consumers for cash offers on their vehicles.
- Assist customers in processing online offers for their vehicles.
- Perform web based searches for vehicle acquisition opportunities.
- Work with the sales managers to mine Service Lane acquisition opportunities.
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Learn to overcome objections, close acquisitions, and perform all other steps of the vehicle acquisition process in accordance with company standards
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
