Used Car F & I Business Manager

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE

An upmarket dealership, selling high demand vehicles is looking for an experienced F&I with strong multitasking abilities and quick-thinking skills. This role, centred on achieving results, demands self-motivation and exemplary customer service. You’ll oversee the used car sales floor, so previous experience in this area is essential, as is negotiation prowess and a collaborative approach to teamwork. We need a fully qualified F&I who can work without supervision and is up to date with CPD hours.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Matric Certificate/RE5/NCR
FICA/FIAS Compliant with 120 credits
Must be fully qualified with up-to-date CPD hours
A valid Drivers License
2 years of F &I Experience in a franchised motor dealership
Outstanding customer skills and a positive energy
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
