  Our client is seeking a motivated and unique individual to take on the role of Used Car Sales/Customer Relations Manager in Laverton, Victoria.

• Take charge of the entire sales process, from lead generation to pre-delivery.
• Streamline and optimise the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and lead a growing team of 4 salespeople, with plans to double the team size by the end of the year.
• Utilise strong data skills to drive finance, warranties, and increase overall revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Provide valuable feedback to support teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a hands-on, target-oriented environment.
• Work on a rotating roster, including weekends, to meet business demands.
