Description:

Salary: OTE (uncapped) up to £76,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus company car
Hours: 44.25 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (5-day working week)
Location: GWR Kia, 963 Great West Road, Brentford, Middlesex TW8 9FX

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Experienced highly successful Sales Manager, driven to exceed set sales targets and KPIs, ability to lead by example
  • Have a complete understanding of Inventory management, fluent in purchasing used car stock, competent in vehicle valuations, and vehicle presentation
  • Understanding of competitor strategies, working to a Pricing Strategy, keeping on top of market conditions
  • Previous experience with a volume brand, deal book management, working to a high preparation standard, an understanding of Digital Presence
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team skills, committed to delivering exceptional levels of customer service
  • A full manual driving licence

Responsibilities:

  • Market and actively sell vehicles to maximise sales and ensure all targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Promote the sale of accessories and service packages
  • Have a strong understanding of financial and insurance products, ensuring accurate information is provided when negotiating deals
  • Assist and monitor performance figures, statistics and plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis
  • Supply forecasting trends and address shortfalls if applicable
  • Support management to help coach and develop the skills of the sales team
