Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of three years administrative or professional office environment experience is required.
(Please note that one credited year of working experience is equal to 40 hours/week x 52 weeks or 2080 hours.)
Education Requirements:
A minimum equivalent of two years of college or university studies is required.
(for non-US educational certificate/degree, please also provide US education equivalency certification/transcript)
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluent in speaking/reading/writing in English is required. This may be tested.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent supports the monitoring and evaluation needs of Embassy Jakarta’s International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) section composed of one of Foreign Service Officer (FSO) section head, four Foreign Service Nationals (FSN), and one Eligible Family Member (EFM) grants management assistant. The incumbent is rated by the INL director. The incumbent ensures the country program portfolio is on track to meet performance schedule and budget targets. The incumbent drafts cables and memos, and develops contacts and greater subject matter expertise on an assigned INL priority area.
