Description:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious User Acquisition Manager to join our R&D product in the field of LegalTech, who will be responsible for the effective launch and further scaling in Tier 1 markets.
Universe Group is a Ukrainian company that launches global IT products. Wе create mobile applications and web platforms to simplify and improve people’s quality of life.
For six years, we have built three successful businesses – Guru Apps, FORMA, Wisey – and is also developing its R&D center. The company’s products are used by nearly 63 million people in 180 countries worldwide.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a PPC Specialist.
  • Extensive practical experience in user acquisition through Google ads, including strategy development and budget optimization.
  • Experience with Tier -1 markets.
  • Experience with marketing budgets from $100k/month.
  • Ability to generate new ideas and creative approaches to campaign optimization and problem solving.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian language.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing ads campaigns, including testing hypotheses and different optimization models.
  • Generating hypotheses to improve the efficiency of attracting new users and scaling.
  • Testing other marketing channels such as email marketing, organic search, and Meta ads.
  • Planning and managing 6-figure advertising budgets.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensuring high quality traffic and maximizing conversions.
