Are you passionate about writing and helping others make sense of software and technology in their daily work? Do you have a desire to flex your writing and language skills to create people-centric user experiences?
If so, our Finance User Assistance team in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ERP is looking for motivated individuals to design and create user assistance content and experiences for our apps and functions.
Our global development teams are constantly in pursuit of fresh innovations with the most user-friendly and modern Cloud experiences. Ideal candidates are detail-focused team players who can work on their own, are motivated to continuously learn and become subject matter experts for their team, and communicate clearly to users at all points in the product lifecycle. You’ll work with user assistance developers in Brno and in various locations in Germany.

As a member of this user assistance team, you’re responsible for the UA content of your scrum teams. This includes:

• Researching and defining terminology
• Editing user interface texts to ensure usability and that the texts conform to SAP’s standards
• Planning, researching, and writing the documentation (such as context-sensitive help, user guides) required by SAP’s customers. You will also be required to create product videos, and at times blog about a specific feature.
• Interactions with SAP’s customers, and partners on UA projects, where relevant
• Being the user’s advocate on your scrum teams
