Team Overview:
The User Operations Senior Analyst role is a unique opportunity to help growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever. This data driven role calls for a combination of analytical thinking & inter-personal ability to manage user base and behavior.
Role Responsibilities:
- As a user operations senior analyst, you will be responsible for acquisition and engagement of our users to our platform as well as the growth of our user base, via a combination of online and offline strategies.
- Be curious and user-centric. Build deep insights and understanding of our potential and existing users in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives.
- Utilise data to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business, while being always aware and critical of ROI.
- Be self-sufficient in data analytics, as a data master with excellent data processing and analytics skills, and sufficient in systems such as Excel and Tableau, and preferably SQL.
- Be highly collaborative with other local & global teams in a culturally diverse environment, and comfortable with challenging hours
- Be proactive in identifying new projects and taking ownership.
Role Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of preferably online Food / Grocery delivery business. Or operational/analytical experience gained in consulting, investment banking, marketing or operations management, or in tech industry
- Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
- Relevant experience in a fast paced business environment is a plus
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions
