Description:

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the user experience and drive engagement with our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.

Tasks

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from concept ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and implementation,
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis,
  • Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and solicit feedback from stakeholders,
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment between design goals and technical feasibility,
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results to continuously improve the user experience,
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design, particularly for data driven B2B applications,
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization and champion the importance of usability and accessibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5 years) as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful B2B web applications or software products,
  • Very strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and rationale to diverse stakeholders,
  • Solid understanding of UX research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis,
  • Proficiency in Figma, Confluence, and GitLab or similar software,
  • Experience working in agile development environments,
  • Knowledge of sustainability principles and familiarity with environmental issues is desirable but not required.
