We are currently seeking a UX Designer / Digital Experience Designer - Remote Canada Role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.

8+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
Must be consultative / design thinking focused.
Must be able to run UX workshops, create process, journey mapping, wire frames & prototypes.
Strong documentation with full UX/UI design process; flow charts, prototypes, mockups, complex user journeys and concept mapping, sketches, product launch, workshopping.
Hands on experience designing the UX for a variety of platforms including mobile and web
Experience working on Frameworks like SLDS or WES, EinsteinGPT and Semantic Search
Portfolio that shows recent design work and full design process; case studies are ideal to see as well as artifacts, site maps, competitive analysis and personas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS.

Digital Expereince Designer
Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud OR Community Cloud experience.
Familiarity with Salesforce standards and the ability to ensure designs are efficiently.
Implemented and meet quality standards. (SLDS Design System)
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones and with
Cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills, capable of facilitating feedback sessions and presenting design concepts and iterations.
Good storyteller to help communicate direction and recommendations.
