Reporting to the VP Creative (NZ), as UX Designer you’ll be responsible for overseeing and validating innovative and complex forms of digital interaction on our products. You will break new ground and understand how to approach problems that have not been solved yet.

Responsibilities:
- Design and specify complex user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, usability testing, and other forms of requirements discovery.
- Working fast to explore and validate possible UX solutions to achieve specific product goals.
- Support the product and Product Design team with creative input, cross-functional meetings, presentations and documentation.
- Validate user understanding of messaging, functionality and expected outcomes.
- Develop a clear understanding of users through research, journey and user mapping and persona development. Then use insights and knowledge to power UX decision-making and wireframing.
- Collaborate with members of the Tech team to ensure technical feasibility is taken into account
- Accurately estimate/scale deliverables and ensure the right balance between effort & value.
