UX Designer (m/f/d)

YOUR SKILLSET:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, product design or a similar design discipline or equivalent education or experience
• You have 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• You are proficient in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and InVision.
• You have in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following design disciplines Interaction Design, User Interface Design, Information Design or Graphic Design.
• You are able to translate complex concepts into design requirements and concepts.
• You have experience with methods and techniques of user research, such as usability tests and contextual investigations, as well as the implementation of user acceptance tests.
• You can communicate complex technical information verbally and in writing to various stakeholders.
• You have a basic understanding of agile development methods.
• You speak German at an advanced level (at least B2 level) and fluent English.

• Stakeholder collaboration: Developing joint business and user goals with partners.
• User research: Analysis of user behaviour and needs using various research methods such as interviews, field studies, surveys, A/B tests, digital experience monitoring and usability tests.
• Design and prototyping: Creation and communication of design ideas to solve user problems.
• User-centred processes: Applying and ensuring user-centred design standards and processes.
• Feedback management: Managing user feedback for continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
