THE OPPORTUNITY

Nutanix is a global leader in the Cloud software market. Companies around the world use our software to leverage a single platform to manage their IT infrastructure, at any location, at any scale for their private, hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The Product Design Team in Berlin is seeking an experienced UX Designer to define the end-to-end experience for one of our product categories. You will have a great opportunity to solve complex problems related to the modern-day Cloud systems, and to closely cooperate with industry experts who helped build Nutanix from a Startup to being one of the leaders in Hybrid-Cloud solutions.

• Create industry-leading consumer-grade UX/UI designs for our enterprise software suite
• Plan and conduct customer research sessions to identify user needs and validate design concepts
• Craft the experience vision of products in line with the company’s strategy
• Work side by side with PMs and engineering leads to formulating product requirements and user stories
• Apply our internal design system and collaborate with other designers across geos to further enhance existing UX patterns
• Present concepts to team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership
• Provide regular feedback to other designers on developed concepts
• Drive alignment with relevant stakeholders across the organization
• With time, build a solid understanding of at least one product domain and develop a good reputation within the companyShare your experience and your work with other team members regularly
