As a UX Designer at Quintessential AI, you’ll be a key player in crafting innovative applications that integrate AI capabilities to elevate user experiences and streamline interactions. Working alongside Data Scientists, DevOps specialists, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other experts, you’ll lead the design and implementation of specialized AI assistant technology.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience in UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful design solutions
• Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop key features and applications, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and native applications, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement.
• Conduct user research and translate feedback into actionable insights, driving design decisions aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on design solutions, incorporating user feedback and refining designs throughout the development process.
• Work closely with engineers during implementation, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with design vision.
