Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a UX Designer, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to uncover user and business needs, translating them into delightful and intuitive user-centered design solutions. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, an eye for detail and is driven to make a large impact as part of a fast growing startup.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create user flows, wireframes, build UI mockups and prototypes of high fidelity.
- Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create proof of concepts to envision how people will experience features and products.
- Build and maintain consistent design standards across products.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX design, advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization.
- Ensure the user interface design aligns with the overall brand guidelines and provides a cohesive user experience.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders in product, engineering and business to navigate ambiguity and help shape product strategy.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications.
- Attend PMC industry conferences to learn more about our property managers, investors and residents.
