The opportunity
We are looking for a talented Senior UX Manager to join our expanding UX Team.
You will work alongside a fun and highly motivated cross-functional team (UX, Research, Product Management, Development, Architecture, QA), in a supportive agile culture, where flexibility allows you the best possible work-life balance.

In this role you will:
Be part of a team, creating a world-class communications and workplace experience platform that enables our customers to reach and engage their audiences, wherever they are
Support in the definition of our product vision and strategy
Partner with Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to build a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and problems to solve, in order to define product requirements
Be an expert voice advocating for customer-centered design in all stages of the product development life cycle, in the development of new features and enhancements, as well as updating existing interfaces.
Define the design vision and approach for your team’s work in collaboration with the UX Director
Build a high-impact design team
Empower, coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional product design; from concept to launch
Drive design best practice within your team; customer empathy, creative problem solving, research feedback loops, iteration and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain design standards and brand integrity
Build a great team culture, champion our values and promote diversity and inclusion
Provide regular and continuous feedback to your team, establish key objectives and metrics to measure performance and support your team to achieve their goals
Facilitate development conversations with your team to identify career goals and establish action plans to support growth and personal development
Deliver value for our customers and our business
Plan and coordinate design activities aligned to our product vision and organizational goals
Partner with researchers to test features and rapidly integrate customer feedback into design iterations
Coordinate and manage product design and delivery processes
Partner and collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to establish a roadmap for delivery
Manage team sprint plan, resourcing and deliverables across multiple projects
Identify and clear blockers, communicating changes in priority or focus in a timely manner

Candidate Expertise required
8+ years experience working within UX design, with min 3 years at team lead level or above, ideally for B2B SAAS products
Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary product delivery teams
Demonstrated ability to create products following user-centered design methodologies
Experience using common design tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD (Our team uses Figma)
Operational understanding of accessibility and ability to incorporate accessibility into designs
A Degree in Design, Multimedia, Product Design, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent
