JOB SUMMARY

As a UX Producer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design process, ensuring the smooth execution of UX projects from conception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create exceptional user experiences that meet business objectives. This role requires a blend of project management, design thinking, and communication skills to drive projects forward effectively.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

2-5 Years

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of UX projects, from ideation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate collaboration between UX designers, researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Allocate resources effectively, including team members’ time, tools, and budget, to optimize productivity and project outcomes.
• Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project updates, status reports, and escalations, communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and gather feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve UX processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration across teams.
• Interacts closely with matrixed cross-functional teams in order to secure alignment.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
