We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

A master’s or PhD degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of UX analyst experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to align all stakeholders.
The ability to translate real-life challenges into software models with specified constraints.
A strong affinity with IT systems and basic programming skills.
Familiarity with user interface development for desktop and web applications.
A desire to take ownership of your work.
The ability to master details while keeping a global overview.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in a supply chain planning (software) role or as an analyst in a product development organization.
Knowledge of user-centric design processes.
Experience with interacting with technical people at different layers in a three-tier architecture.
Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Improving core product functions for usability in one of these areas: network design, demand management, S&OP, operational planning, scheduling, cloud, data management & integration, or OMP’s value enhancers.
- Gathering new business requirements in close collaboration with our product consultants and experts.
- Describing future functionalities and user stories, emphasizing business benefits to our software engineers.
- Guiding new software developments throughout their life cycle by explaining the functional requirements, validating and documenting the delivered functionality, and giving input on acceptance testing.
- Validating our solutions and functionalities with various stakeholders.
- Offering specialist product support to implementation consultants across our target industries.
- Building prototypes with generic cross-industry product potential to address specific customer problems
