We invite you to join the project to work on the development of our corporate website. As part of the project, we aim not only to expand the functionality and improve the user experience on the Andersen Lab website, but also to significantly increase the quantity and quality of leads.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering information (from marketing) on leads/conversion pages.
  • Conducting competitive analysis of the business area, collecting references.
  • Analyzing existing analytics data, analyzing user behavior via MS Clarity.
  • Conducting interviews with business area stakeholders.
  • Documenting research results.
  • Creating research roadmaps (possibly in collaboration with the client or with Product Owner).
  • Generating and testing hypotheses to improve the product’s conversion rate.
  • Pixel Perfect testing.

Requirements

  • Experience as a UX Researcher for 3+ years.
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness and ability to work in a team, ability to generate ideas and communicate the purpose and meaning of solutions to colleagues.
  • Availability of a portfolio with a description of the role on the project.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Skills with Google Analytics/HotJar/SmartLook/Full Story/Tableau analytics tools.
  • Marketing education or experience in marketing.
  • Ability to defend hypotheses and/or solutions to management.
