We’re seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team!
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a strategically minded User Researcher to join our Product Design team as our first dedicated UX Researcher and strengthen our user centred product development.
This role will lead strategic research initiatives both across our product portfolio and within specific solution areas. Be a key partner in the development process, advocating for user-centric principles and ensure that research findings directly contribute to the success of our products.
We operate from a flexible hybrid model, that supports a healthy work-life balance. For this role, we’re looking for candidates who live close to our Cambridge office.

Your Work at Redgate Software:
- Working closely with the Head of Product Design and the Lead Product Designers, translate development goals and strategies into actionable research opportunities
- Collaborate with Design and Product teams to translate research findings into actionable insights, providing guidance on leveraging these insights to drive informed product decisions and design improvements
- Identify, specify, manage, and execute both generative and evaluative research to inform product development
- Advocate for data informed decisions and develop quantitative research methodologies to complement our qualitative research practice.(can remove if needed, covered later)
- Continuously evaluate and refine research processes, staying up to date with industry trends and advancements to bring innovative practices to the team
