SKILLS (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years working experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS products.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful UX design projects.
- A working knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in designing AI-driven customer-facing UIs.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Design Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design strategy and execution of our SaaS Products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales and customer success to create user-centric designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AREAS (KRAS)
- Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture
- Define and drive the overall UX vision and strategy
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization
- Design & Development
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
- Design intuitive and engaging AI-driven customer-facing UIs that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve the user experience.
- Identify opportunities for design improvements and optimizations based on user feedback and analytics.
