UX/UI Designer

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer who can understand user requirements and shape them into well-designed products. Any relevant experience working in an industrial design/printing environment would be a bonus.
The ideal candidate will have helped create a product and undertaken the full life cycle (Research, Design and Development). We are looking for someone confident in managing their own time and comfortable engaging with stakeholders independently. You should be able to create user journeys and flows and be able to demonstrate prototypes/wireframe skills (Axure, Figma, XD or similar).

Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following skills:

• User-centred design experience working with customer insights and performing research and user testing.
• Able to understand and work well with user stories and requirements.
• Experience with creating and organising information architecture and navigation.
• Able to follow and update a premade Design system.
• Undertake user testing including writing user testing. Experience in graphic design (Illustrator or similar) in the aid of creating diagrams and iconography.
• Ability to turn prototypes into HTML/CSS code for responsive web browsers and web UI interfaces.

You will join a small but dynamic data platform team, working as one of 2 UI/UX experts. In this role you will get to work across the entire range of Domino Products and Services, providing our customers with intuitive products.
It’s an exciting time to join the team as we are currently working on projects related to Automation, HMI hardware and changes based on industry 4.0 manufacturing improvements.
