QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software development or technology environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar.
• At least 3 years of experience or knowledge in UI/UX
• Advanced english level.
• Portfolio of design projects
• Proven use of AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo.ai).
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
• Creativity, ability to think innovatively, and proactivity in proposing new ideas and solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to conceptualize and design attractive and functional user interfaces for a variety of projects.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Usability testing: Plan, conduct and analyze web usability tests for projects.
• Help set up, implement, and run user testing for projects.
• Industry research: Research industry trends and best practices and communicate your findings professionally and clearly.
• Competitive analysis: Research different sectors and competitors. Compile findings and present your take-away ideas.
• Contribute to brainstorming and sketching sessions.
• Help create consumer journey maps and user empathy exercises.
• Assist in the design and documentation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups as needed.
