  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
  • Promoting the use of design thinking methodologies and best practices within the organization.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborating with team members to plan and manage design projects effectively.

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • More than two years of experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Front-end, Back-end, Business Analysts, Project Management, and Application Architects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and workflow tools such as Visio or LucidChart, as well as other relevant software.
  • A solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in the context of mobile design.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex design challenges.
  • Familiarity with HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and web development principles, including mobile-responsive design, to facilitate seamless design-to-development handoffs.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies, adapting designs to evolving project requirements.
  • The ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

This role offers more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to contribute to the future of design within our organization. As a UX/UI Designer at Applied Medical, you will be a valuable part of our team, working on projects that make a real impact.
