• Can you wireframe, build a Figma prototype, as well as create a polished responsive design for handover using Devmode?
• Are you proactive about booking others in to get the answers you need to move things forward?

We’re looking for an intermediate UX/UI designer or product designer to join our team. You will work closely with team seniors, product owners, and others to help us design for our BAU tasks as well as build out our new design systems.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of UX principles and know that function comes before fashion when it comes to UI. Ideally, you will have worked in a UCD process previously and naturally think in user flows.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years experience with designing for web, mobile, or web platforms.
• Strong interaction design skills such as wireframing, user flows, customer journey mapping.
• Has worked within a cross-discipline design and development team.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• Can create interactive prototypes for testing and design specification purposes.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Strong interaction documentation skills.
• Experience with Design Systems.
• Experienced with optimizing e-commerce platforms and A/B testing a bonus.
• An understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Has conducted usability tests is a bonus.
• Knowledge and appreciation of a wide range of music.
• Experience in DJing and/or music production a bonus.
• Knowing when it’s appropriate to use ChatGPT and how to use it appropriately.
