This position is directly responsible for the promotion of selling vacation packages to eligible on-site guests, which will produce revenue. This person responds to guest requests in a timely manner and represents Hilton Grand Vacations.
- Acts as a liaison directly with the Hilton hotel partner and HGV.
- Our interaction with guests includes Provide service and recommendations, giving out promotional Hilton Honor Points and through a friendly, no-pressure inquiry, invite guests to experience our signature Hilton Grand Vacations destinations firsthand by purchasing promotional vacation packages at deeply discounted rates.
- Whether or not they decide to purchase a vacation package, guests will receive an exceptional level of service and hospitality that will leave them with a lasting impression of the hotel long after they check out.
- Ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for package offers by specific location.
- Completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each package sale.
- Provides location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including advising guests to responsible resort services for specific resort information.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Dedication to provide outstanding customer service.
- Confident in building value and setting/achieving sales goals.
- Strong problem solving and savvy influence skills.

- 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
- 1+ year of retail or direct selling experience
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
