• Greet and welcome customers and offer them professional valet services
• Accommodate customers by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items
• Answer customers questions regarding precinct amenities and other available services
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure their proper return
• Park customers vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws
• Park guests’ vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws
• Organise and file paperwork regarding customers vehicles and daily transactions
• Ensuring the car park remains clean, safe and operates efficiently for customers
• Assist and provide support to the Online Concierge Team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor / manager.
