Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and offer them professional valet services
- Accommodate customers by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items
- Answer customers questions regarding precinct amenities and other available services
- Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure their proper return
- Park customers vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws
- Park guests’ vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws
- Organise and file paperwork regarding customers vehicles and daily transactions
- Ensuring the car park remains clean, safe and operates efficiently for customers
- Assist and provide support to the Online Concierge Team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor / manager.
