We are searching for a Validation Engineer in Santa Clara, CA .

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for production and characterization test solutions using several ATE platforms interface with Systems and IC Design Engineering teams for ATE-to-System/Bench functional & parametric correlation.
• Participate and influence DFT. Yield improvement.

Qualifications – Minimum Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise on leading edge ATE platforms (Fusion LTX Teradyne Catalyst Low Cost ATE etc).
• Strong knowledge of test data statistical analysis manipulation and summary.
• Experience with Electrical FA for wafer FAB yield improvement and resolution of reliability fails. independently debug and release existing test programs.
