The Position
The Validation Scientist will be responsible to ensure that validation requirements are met for all existing and new equipment/ facilities/utilities and processes by preparing and executing detailed validation protocols that meet the relevant testing standards and any requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Scientific or Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years preferred Validation experience.
• Previous experience in the diagnostic/pharmaceutical/biotech industry would be advantageous.
• Solid understanding of ISO Quality Management systems would be preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in verbal and written form, including technical/business writing.
• Excellent problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively with and handle cross-functional, cross-enterprise, cross-cultural teams in multiple locations.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
