Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore
- Carry out site inspections, prepare valuation reports and ensure timely completion of assignments
- Involved in business development to generate new business for the department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimally a Diploma / Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
- Must be comfortable to go on-site to conduct site inspection daily.
- Possess good communication skills
- Self-motivated. resourceful and meticulous
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Licensed Appraiser will be an advantage
Office Location : One Commonwealth Lane
Working Hours : 9.00AM to 6.00PM (1 hour lunch break in between)
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement : currently mix of WFH and coming in to office to work physically. Most of the time staff will be out of office to conduct site inspection.
