Description:

As the Senior Manager of Go to Market for the global product team, you will play a critical role in developing, driving, and communicating the seasonal product creation calendar, process and operational tools that directly drive & support the brands’ Go To Market process. In collaboration with the Global Product, Marketing & Regional Go-to-Market teams, you will lead the global product teams’ integration and support of the Go To Market process enabling cross functional alignment and execution. Your role will directly enable operational excellence and brand strategies across the global and regional teams.

EDUCATIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Responsible for leading the development and communication of the global product calendar to align merchandising, design, development teams.
Responsible for the improvement, coordination and communication of the operational process, tools and milestones on behalf of the global product team.
Accountable for on-time deliverables both internally (within the global product team) and externally (supporting the go to market process).

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

Lead the global team efforts at key milestones by coordinating agendas and deliverables across various seasons and timelines.
Identify challenges for each function to continue evolving, improving & streamlining calendars, process, tools.
Establish co-ownership and clarify roles and responsibilities within the Go-To-Market process w/partners in Global Marketing and Regional teams.

Skills for Success
