Nyt haemme varastotyöntekijää Tampereen myymäläämme.
Kyseessä on määräaikainen työsuhde, joka alkaa kesäkuun 2024 alussa ja kestää vähintään elokuun loppuun 2024 saakka. Työaika on keskimäärin 20-30 h/vko ja sijoittuu pääasiassa arkiaamuihin.
Varastotyöntekijänä Gina Tricot’lla saat työskennellä inspiroivassa ympäristössä itsenäisessä tehtävässä, jossa tukenasi tarvittaessa on kannustava myymälätiimi. Meille tärkeintä on onnellinen asiakas, ja hyvällä varastonhallinnalla varmistat, että asiakkaamme löytävät myymälästämme aina tyyliinsä sopivaa ja ajankohtaista muotia.
Varastotyöntekijänä keskeisin tehtäväsi on huolehtia siitä, että myymälän varasto on aina hyvässä järjestyksessä ja tuotteiden täyttäminen myymälään toimii jouhevasti myynnin ja tuloksen varmistamiseksi.
Työtehtäviisi kuuluvat mm. kuorman purkaminen tehokkaasti ja organisoidusti, varaston siisteyden ylläpito ja eri tuoteryhmien varastonhallinta, tuotteiden täyttäminen myymälään manuaalisesti ja täyttölistan mukaan, inventaariot ja tuotetilanteesta raportointi. Työ edellyttää itsenäistä otetta ja päätöksentekokykyä. Käytät työssäsi sujuvasti varastonhallinnan järjestelmiämme ja myynninseurantaohjelmaa.
Työskentelet järjestelmällisesti, ripeästi ja itseohjautuvasti. Olet luonnostasi ratkaisukeskeinen ja ymmärrät toimivan tuotehallinnan merkityksen myymälän tulokseen. Pidät myymäläpäällikön ja myymälätiimin ajan tasalla varastotilanteesta, joten sinulla tulee olla myös erinomaiset tiimityötaidot. Työ sijoittuu pääasiassa arkiaamuihin.
Aiempi kokemus vastaavista tehtävistä tai työskentelystä vähittäiskaupassa katsotaan eduksi, mutta tärkeintä on kyky oppia nopeasti ja työskennellä tehokkaasti ja organisoidusti. Saat tehtävääsi kattavan perehdytyksen.

Now we are looking for a warehouse worker for our store in Tampere.
It is a fixed-term employment that starts at the beginning of June 2024 and lasts at least until the end of August 2024. The working hours are on average 20-30 h per week and mainly take place on weekday mornings.
As a warehouse worker at Gina Tricot, you get to work in an inspiring environment in an independent task, where you have an encouraging store team supporting you if necessary. The most important thing for us is a happy customer, and with good warehouse management, you ensure that our customers always find the latest trends from our store.
As a warehouse worker, your main task is to ensure that the store’s warehouse is always in good order and that the filling of products into the store works smoothly to ensure sales and profit.
Your duties include e.g. unloading the load efficiently and in an organized manner, maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and inventory management of different product groups, filling the store with products manually and according to the plock list, inventories and reporting on the product status. The work requires an independent attitude and decision-making ability. You use our inventory management systems and sales tracking program fluently in your work.
You work systematically, promptly and self-directed. You are solution-oriented by nature, and you understand the importance of effective product management to the store’s results. You keep the store manager and the store team informed about the stock situation, so you must also have excellent teamwork skills.
Previous experience in similar tasks or working in retail is considered an advantage, but the most important thing is the ability to learn quickly and work efficiently and in an organized manner. You will receive a comprehensive introduction to your task.
