Cardiac Technologist Grade 2: $98,154.97 - $108,607.90 per annum

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

South Western Sydney Local Health District are seeking a professional, flexible and skilled Vascular Sonographer to join their growing team.
We are seeking someone who loved their work and are dedicated to the challenge of what this role brings. This is a highly sought after opportunity to develop clinical skills in a tertiary hospital setting. This isn’t your standard Sonographer role, you will be exposed to a range of diverse and complex cases which will challenge you and allow you to hone your skills to the highest level.
As this is a senior role, you will get the opportunity to mentor and develop junior Sonographers and students to progress the industry into the future. The role is located at Liverpool Hospital which boasts both Acute and Complex cases and you will be working in a state of the art facility with the latest technology and equipment. The space is custom built and provides a fantastic environment for patients and clinicians.
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a diverse team in a high pressure, high reward environment. We are looking for someone who is flexible in their mindset and be able to think beyond protocol and be able to leverage the multidisciplinary team to provide great health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provision of a comprehensive tertiary level specialist vascular ultrasound service to the Department of Vascular Surgery and to work along with other sonographic and medical staff to provide an accurate high standard diagnostic and clinical vascular ultrasound service to Liverpool Health Service.
