Join us as a Receptionist who thrives in the center of events.
We are currently seeking reinforcement for the reception team at Scandic Tampere City. The offered position is a permanent and full time contract offering 105 hours per 3 weeks. As per contract, work will be done in all three shifts (morning, evening and night).
The position will be filled as soon as suitable person is found.

The reception is the heart of the hotel, so you’ll always be in the center of events. We may not always know the challenges we’ll face during the day, but we tackle them collaboratively with different departments - always with our guests’ best interests in mind. “Be Caring” is one of Scandic’s four values that guide our unique customer service experience.
As a Receptionist, your tasks include guest check-in and check-out in the Opera Cloud system, warm and knowledgeable customer service, and contributing to achieving the department’s goals.
